We already knew that Dubya wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed.  Now let's add Colin Powell to that list.  Associated Press reported today, "Powell acknowledged that the bombing of Iraq by U.S. and British warplanes had stirred a surprising outcry in the Arab world..." Why is Powell surprised at the outcry in the Arab world? Where in the heck has Powell been?  The Arabs have been complaining for years about the U.S. and British bombing of Iraq and have also complained about the sanctions on the people of Iraq. President Clinton and Madeline Albright wouldn't have made such an inane comment.  This is what happens when the U.S. Supreme Court selects our President. Dumb and dumber.
