California of the importance of     states' rights

 

California should handle its own energy problems -- unlike Florida, which can't be trusted to count its own votes

 

 

President-select Dubya tells California to solve its own energy problems, due to his firm belief in states' rights.  "The only time I would involve myself in state business is to get elected President, as I recently did in Florida when that other guy tried to stop me. Happy Trails to you, California," remarked the President-select.
