2500 American soldiers have now died for what? So journalists can't cover news out of Guantanamo or a state can't ask about their citizen's privacy violations from a company? I bow my head in shame.
"President Bush made a surprise visit to Iraq today. It lasted five hours. Five hours? That's longer than he stayed at any National Guard meetings."

Subject: Are Online Democrats self imploding?
WTF is going on with online Democrats? DU is having a slugfest like I never seen there. Bartcop was bashing KOS over a poll he had on his site. And Carolyn Kay of MakeThemAccountable sent an e-mail asking for "love and hugs in the blogosphere" this morning 'cause she is concerned about this, after she was attacked by FireDogLake. Have you noticed this?!!! I visit your site to make me laugh and after all this recent hate I may visit it more than once a day to get away from all that crapola.
I'm glad I run a little comedy site and am not involved in all of this. You visit as much as you want, I have plenty of sections to choose from!
I have noticed that since the KOS convention, it seems to have brought the worst out in some people. Seems like a combo of big ego's, envy and a lot of undeserved harsh words.
I used to think that the phrase "liberal elites" was just a right wing description but after reading that FireDogLake personally attacking Anna Marie Cox, the original www.wonkette.com , I imagine the GOPers are laughing their asses off, watching the "liberal elites" harshly attack their fellow Democrats.
I think over at DU www.democraticunderground.com many people felt let down by TruthOut, and their claim that Rove was indicted last May 23, but turning on each other won't solve anything.
As far as Bartcop goes -- geez, I guess he wants KOS online polls to state that they are ALL unscientific or something like that, but we already know that online participation polls are just that.
I like it better when Ann Coulter shows her anemic ass, not fellow Democrats showing theirs.
With the midterm elections coming up, I pray this isn't a sign of what is to come.
"Finally some good news for the White House. Today federal prosecutors told Karl Rove that he will not be indicted in the CIA leak case. This is the best news for the White House since oil hit $70 a barrel." --Jay Leno

"A few weeks after U.S. troops dropped two 500-pound surprises on al-Zarqawi, the White House dropped a 190-pound surprise on U.S. troops in the form of a presidential visit.
