Either this administration is full of bald faced liars or they're just dumb - or worse, they're both.

"Vice President Dick Cheney went to the hospital because of discomfort in one of his legs. Apparently, he hurt it while jumping for joy when he saw how high gas prices were." --Jay Leno

WHITE HOUSE ‘GETS SMART’ — OFFERS ROVE TESTIMONY UNDER ‘CONE OF SILENCE’
Disturbing News
"With the fired lawyers controversy here in the United States showing no signs of abating, President Bush gave an impromptu press conference in the White House's Diplomatic Reception Room. Presumably because the Petulant Tantrum Room was booked." --Jon Stewart
Drip, Drip, Drip
The flap over fired
prosecutors is jeopardizing confirmation of President Bush's pick for the No. 3
official at the Justice Department.
“You know, concerning the firing of Gonzales, you’ve been listening to the Republicans defending the Bush Administration. They keep saying US attorneys serve at the pleasure of the President. Have you heard that expression? Sounds kind of dirty, doesn’t it? They serve ‘at the pleasure of the President.’ What are they, down on all fours, barking like dogs? I don’t know what it means.” - Jay Leno

BYU Protestors?
Political science professor
Darren Hawkins said it's possible the visit of an unpopular vice president in
the midst of the Iraq war and in the wake of the Scooter Libby trial might even
spark a protest by BYU students, a rarity on the conservative campus. "He may be the most unpopular vice president in history and he may be the most unpopular person in America right now, so, yes, where else could he go?" Hawkins said. "It doesn't surprise me the White House called back and wondered if BYU would take him. I seriously doubt he'd be welcome at a lot of other universities."
“According to a new study, one-third of Washington, DC is illiterate. Unfortunately, it’s the third that’s in charge of the government. That’s the sad part.” - Jay Leno
"The Democrats are trying to turn these firings of U.S. attorneys into a partisan issue, but the president is above bickering. In fact, he made a generous peace offering. Karl Rove and Harriet Miers would submit to private interviews, but 'they would not take oaths nor would a transcript be made available.' See, the president is just trying to save this country from another painful perjury trial." --Stephen Colbert

There’s another principle,
